Terms and Conditions: Your Guide to Doing Business with L42 Solutions

At L42 Solutions, we are committed to providing excellent service, delivering the right solutions, and maintaining a strong partnership with our customers. The terms and conditions outlined below provide guidance for doing business with L42 Solutions. Application & Extension of Credit: Prior to conducting business, a New Account Application must be completed. L42 Solutions is not obligated to extend credit upon submission of the form. Please contact our Accounting Department to discuss credit and alternative payment methods.

Orders and Quotations: L42 Solutions' documentation is confidential and should not be shared outside of the intended parties. All orders and quotations are subject to L42 Solutions' acceptance, and we reserve the right to reject any order or quotation, in whole or in part, for any reason and at any time.

Pricing is valid for the period listed on the quote, but is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Finalized costs will be provided at the time of invoice.

Customers should be aware that any delivery dates provided by L42 Solutions are estimates only, and we cannot be held liable for any delays or resulting damages.

Shipping: Shipping costs are extra. Please ensure that the shipping information is correct before placing your order. If special services are required, such as lift gate or inside delivery, please notify L42 Sales. Any mis-shipped items may result in additional fees and shipping charges.

Invoices: Payment terms are NET 30, unless otherwise stated. The full amount of the order, including any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges, will be invoiced by L42 Solutions.

All invoices and statements of account will be considered correct if no errors, disputes, or exceptions are reported by the Customer to L42 Solutions in writing within 10 days of the invoice or statement date.

Any past due invoices or overdue account balances will accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month, or 24% per year.

Credit Card Payment: All credit card payments will require a service fee for processing.

Returns: All Customers must obtain permission from L42 Solutions before returning any items for credit. Restocking charges may apply.

Privacy: L42 Solutions' privacy statement is available under "Privacy Policy".

Professional Services:  Any engagement agreement for professional services will be outlined in a Statement of Work (SOW) and/or through our Master Services Agreement (MSA). 

Subscriptions: L42 Solutions' subscription services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer and/or vendor. In addition, we may have our own terms and conditions that apply to the services we provide. Please refer to the specific service agreement for details.

Governing Law: These general terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Modification: L42 Solutions reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time, without notice, by posting the modified terms on its website or by providing the modified terms to the Customer in writing. The Customer’s continued use of L42 Solutions’ products and services following any such modification shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
